You may have spent weeks, months, years or even decades trying to figure out why you feel how you feel. I will bring my knowledge and experience to help you to find the root cause(s).

There's loads of information already out there, but by understanding your unique health status, goals, needs and preferences, I can develop a customised programme that is specific only to you.
3. I'll take a holistic approach
Lifestyle factors, such as how much you move, any life stresses you're under, and how well you sleep, have a profound impact on your health. So, I consider these alongside your nutrition.
4. I'll educate you
Nutrition (including the impact of other lifestyle factors) is a complex science. Understanding some of the background behind your programme can help you to apply logic outside of the programme and in the longer term.
5. I'll hold you accountable
We will have regular sessions, during which I'll keep you on track to meet your goals.
