Let's get your body working with you – not against you
I offer one-to-one consultations, either online or face-to-face in east Bristol.
Because change takes time, we will work together for a minimum of four consultations (one longer initial consultation and three follow-ups).
At the beginning, I’ll get to know you in depth – how you’ve been feeling, what you’ve been doing, and what’s important to you. With no judgement, I promise!
Then, together, we’ll develop a finely tuned routine that is personalised to your needs and preferences and takes into consideration practicalities such as shopping and cooking for others.
Changes will require effort and commitment, but they’ll also be realistic and achievable. I’ll make sure you feel supported.
I’ll also help you to understand how the food you eat impacts your health – I’ll explain as much or as little as you’d like to know. You can ask me anything!
After the minimum number of consultations, you'll then choose to continue on a monthly basis.
If you are based in or near Bristol, for a more holistic approach you can choose to also work with our partner: personal trainer Jo from JBS Fitness.

Pricing
The initial health assessment and consultation costs £150.
Subsequent consultations are £100.
Prices include not only the consultation time itself but also my preparation time (including analysis of test results if applicable) and follow-up time (e.g. writing up notes, developing informative handouts for you to keep, compiling recipes, suggesting and explaining specific supplements).
Prices also include WhatsApp and email support.
